I had a great experience staying at WoodSpring Suites in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. The staff was absolutely amazing and always helpful. Tonya was especially wonderful—she always greeted me with a smile, was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel like I was a bother. She truly made my stay more comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, friendly place with great customer service. Thank you to Tonya and the entire staff for making my stay such a positive experience!

I would like to see upgraded appliances in the rooms. The carpet in the hallways needs cleaning or replaced. Too many flies around the building and I have a fly in my room every day, no matter how I clean. The staff is great and have great customer service.

the property itself isn’t too bad, it’s close to the highway so you can hear some of the ruckus nearby, but it didn’t really bother us. the staff was super duper friendly and tended to any of our needs :) very pleasant stay!
