"Place is falling apart! Needs major 'FACELIFT! And 'clean-up, repairs and New installations regarding 'old' dirt n Grime on walls, handles, windows, sliding door tracks, interior furniture, terribly WORN, torn, and unraveling Carpet in ROOMS and thru-OUT property, exterior Stairwells filthy, with wobbly railings in NEED of MAJOR cleaning with New Paint, And replace OLD NON-fitted wall PLUGS (repeatedly tried to connect cell phone cable, but would Fall Out over n over, filthy worn Balcony floor w-"

"Everything was nice but both beds sunk in the middle and my husband and I both slipped on the slate ground getting out of hot tub and pool area-very slippery and saw someone slip and fall in the same area. "

"We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the pools were nice and well kept. The mattress was very comfortable, so we slept really well. We also loved the mountain view, and the location is really convenient — close to shopping and everything you might need. We’d definitely come back!"

"There is only one ice machine and it runs out of ice quick however if you go to the restaurant/bar the staff will fill ice bucket. Not all of the jacuzzi jets were working and lack instructions where to turn them on. Staff is great though-willing to help. "
