"My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we faced multiple issues. First, there was a mistake with our reservation, and instead of helping properly, the situation was handled poorly. We were told to wait, even though several rooms were already available. When we finally got access, the room was not in acceptable condition. The air conditioning was dirty and not working properly, and there was a very unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the housekeeping service was very poor and unresponsive. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the entire experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on what we went through"

"We called this the hooker hotel. We didn't realize it was Coachilla weekend and were just needing a place for the night. There was an altercation outside our room at 4 am. Pools were old and dirty. Very strange place and we obviously did not fit in. Do NOT be deceived by the pictures. Old, run down and felt unsafe. "
