    Sundestin Beach Resort 1417



    The Space:

    *PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

    -Outdoor Hot Tub

    -Splash Pad

    The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

    This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



    This stunning vacation rental at Sundestin Beach Resort offers updated and exceptional accommodations. This unit offers tiled floors in the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom and also offers a private balcony located off of the living room and the main bedroom. This unit has a very warm and welcoming decor. This one bedroom coastline unit offers a large balcony with breathtaking sunset views. This unit is perfect for a small family or a couple. It offers a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

    Things to Know

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
After being told that our service dog was accepted in advance we proceeded to our check in and received a call after we unloaded and went to the unit and then told that we had to leave because our service dog was not allowed. Very poor communication. The way this was handled was inconsiderate and shows very poor customer service. We drove 6 hours and we were exhausted. It was so inconvenient to be kicked out after we had shown proof for our service dog and fully complying with all requirements. I have not been refunded yet despite being told that I would be! I have been a loyal Vrbo customer and a very clean guest at hat always tries to leave the premises as good as or better than we found them and we always leave honest and considerate reviews. I feel like we were treated like a number not a person.

Disliked: Check-in
Needs bigger elevators and a service elevator. The contractors on site doing the upgrades and renovations need to yield to the guests of the resort rather than getting on the elevator before guests - same goes for the service staff aka housekeeping staff. The check in process needs a big upgrade. Took nearly 15 minutes tdo get through the process. The resort should have all of the information they have gathered in reservation process pre-printed on docs and ready for signature on arrival.
