Enjoy The Crystal Villas B08 in beautiful Destin. This 1 bedroom, 1. 5 bath unit located on the 2nd floor, offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 6. With 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This eclectically style unit is painted in bright, sunny shades of yellow. Amenities include washer and dryer, internet access, and a private balcony. NOTE: This property does not have an elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spend the extra money on a nice rental and save yourself the disappointment. Frist off we arrived an hour early and asked if we could check in. We were told they needed until 4pm to clean. Not one person was in or out of the room as we parked right in front of it. Once 4 o'clock rolled around our door code didnt work. The place is very rundown. Had to put sheets over the worn out couches to sit on them. Every shower we took the tub was filling up and slow draining. Some mold was noticed around the bathtub. The only positive is it's on the beach

Loved it

Wonderful stay. As long as the place isn’t reserved when we come back to the beach we will stay every time!!! Loved that it was a private beach wasn’t many people out so I didn’t have to worry abt my children I would relax and let them play.

Our stay.

Easy check-in, that was nice. Pool wasn’t heated, or lit up any of the nights. ice cold. Took us 4-5 rounds of continuous sweeping to get up the insane amount of dog hair in the condo. It was pretty filthy. We were charged a high cleaning fee for a condo that was covered in dog hair. Used toilet paper rolls on the bedroom floor upon arrival too. I contacted VRBO about this and they didn’t offer any solution or partial refund. The bath tub, would run out of hot water within 3-4 minutes… let down. Great view, decent location. comfortable bed but the condo was not clean.

Nice… but

This was a nice place to stay, however, if you arrive early, be prepared to not even be allowed a 30 minute early check in, and poor communication between people. Was told there would be somewhere to store luggage until check in, and there was not. Also, the people above us were extremely loud. You could hear all hours of the night, the balcony door slamming shut and small children stomping all hours.

Great view. condo needs a remodel.

The view and beach were perfect. The condo was okay. As to be expected from the previous reviews I read but needs updating badly. There was mold around all of the air vents and a big mold spot on the shower ceiling and behind the wallpaper peeling off. Bed had stains and couches need to be replaced. The shower curtain was nasty on the bottom. The fan in the bedroom works poorly. It was extremely warm in there. The bedroom carpet left a residue on your feet. But If updated properly. It would be 10/10!

Great view, cozy condo

We loved the location, the view, had all the amenities. Lots of places have gone to bunkie boards,they had box springs and mattress..loved it! No back pain. Great wifi! Loved it!

Mostly good

Everything was great except the soft bed was dirty and no sheets for it. No extra blankets. There were also bugs in kitchen and living area

Great location, needs updated and repairs

Great location. Can't get closer to the beach. Was clean and towels are new. Needs some cosmetic updates, ceiling is nasty dirty. Could use a good paint job all over. Replacing worn out carpet and couches a good idea. Also sliding door handle and patio furniture broken and rusty. A little TLC would make this condo 100% better. Pool is on parking lot side, quiet but no one uses it. Wish was on beach side.

End of Summer week vacation

For the price, great location on the beach and within Destin. The property had all the essentials to make our stay a very enjoyable one. If small things like the ceiling needing repairing throughout the property, the wallpaper in the bathroom needing replacing and the balcony furniture needing replacing this property is recommended. Aside from the ceiling fans having a thick cover of dust on them, the property was clean and everything worked as advertised.

Somewhat run down for the price

Refrigerator froze all of my food the first night. All my fruits and vegetables were ruined. Furniture has seen better days. The bunk beds in the hall could use new mattresses. Bottom bunk has semi exposed spring. Coffee maker broken. Popcorn ceiling peeling away around vents. Sliding doors need lubricated, because they're very difficult to open. Gate, coming in from beach, frequently non responsive. Had to get other guests to let me out from other side. Guests staying in condo above were extremely loud and irritating, shouting, banging and stomping around well past 10 pm.

Nothing fancy just what we needed. Comfortable place. Inexpensive. Close to everything. A/C cold enough beds. WiFi not the best and swimming pool could use a facelift but overall great experiance
