Welcoming decorations, tile floors throughout, an open floor plan, and an impressive screened-in patio area make for a comfortable stay. Cay La Vie features a split floor plan with the main bedroom located at the back of the home with direct access to the screened-in back patio. It offers a flatscreen TV and a private bathroom featuring double vanities, a walk-in shower, a garden tub, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are located at the front of the house and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both have plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. One room offers a flatscreen TV, while the other bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed and twin trundle.
 
The spacious, open design living room is filled with windows that allow plenty of natural light, making it great for staying in, playing games, and visiting with friends and family. When the sun goes down, relax in front of the warm gas fireplace. In addition to the flatscreen TV, the living room shares an amazing farmhouse-style dining table that seats eight. There’s additional seating for four in the breakfast nook. The back patio will make your outdoor grilling even more comfortable with enough seating for the whole family and an outdoor wet bar perfect for prepping meals. The fully equipped kitchen's cafe-style breakfast bar is sure to delight. It is equipped with quality, full-size appliances and offers plenty of cabinetry and pantry space, which will come in handy if you decide to prepare your own meals. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use. There is a two-car garage with space for parking. You'll love relaxing in this sun-filled home, full of enough touches from the ocean to spark your imagination.

For a little more adventure, there are numerous activities within ten miles, including the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, Golf Clubs, Water and Adventure Parks, outlet malls, and more. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
