Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this Destin rental combines stellar beachfront amenities and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! SunDestin is a Gulf-front resort located less than two miles from the heart of town offering fantastic amenities including two heated pools, a children's splash pad, hot tub, and gym. This charming condo is located on the seventh floor and offers a great view of the emerald green waters. And the well-equipped kitchen includes everything one might need for easy meal prep. Guests will also enjoy direct beach access and equipment rental services offering kayaks and stand-up paddleboards!

With so many attractions, you'll never want to leave home, but when you do venture out, the city is a playground for family fun and outdoor adventures. Wander the historic Fort Pickens in nearby Pensacola Beach, or board a Buccaneer Pirate Cruise ship. Enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and shops along HarborWalk Village, fish off the boardwalk, or hike the stunning nature trails at Henderson Beach State Park.

We absolutely loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the gulf - everything from the sunrise to our left, to the sunset to our right, and the full moon over the water at night. Highly recommend it!

We stayed here for the price and the location and neither could be beat. Easy walk to beach and convenient location. It could use some updating. We never got either tv to work properly and one con is the fact that the HVAC unit is on the balcony so it’s loud when it kicks on and you can’t even hear the ocean. No one is at fault I’m sure but it was pretty annoying. It was super clean and had what we needed for a short stay.

Check- in was quiick and easy. They even had our room ready early!! Communication was down to a T from booking til check out. It was clean, the view was great! Staff were nice even the guest other were friendly. There is construction going on but it wasn't a big issue. Great location to alot of restaurants and the food is good! I would recommend!

Fall couple's getaway-no kids.

The condo was located in a great location and the resort was very nice. Everything was really good except the mattress. The mattress really needs to be replaced as my husband and I had a hard time sleeping as we sank in the middle. We thought the condo unit, even though a little dated, was clean but needed a little bit of maintenance.

Great view! Well stocked. Needs a refresh.

Loved the location and view. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked at the unit every night. We were able to check in early. The unit needs s fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Some of the patio furniture was broken and the unit feels a bit neglected. For the price would expect more care.

Sad little room.

The condo was under construction and parking was limited. Could not enjoy laying on the beach because of 3 layers of rental chairs so close together one must turn sideways to pass between them to reach the water. The room itself needs updating as the couches and carpet were very nasty. No hot water to the shower but the sinks hot water worked fine. Was a premium price for a sad little room!

spoiled balcony experience

This room was adequate - smaller than we expected. The most distressing thing was the AC unit on the balcony - it was visually unappealing and LOUD - we had to turn off unit to hear the ocean. And just other irksome issues like the living room area TV used a program that we could never conquer (thankfully took fire stick), the connecting door to bathroom could not be opened fully (hit the other door causing a few bruises on the upper arm) and the layout w/ bedroom next to hallway allowed for disruptive nighttime noise as people got off elevator.
