nice property, elevator was small, I use a mobility scooter and I could not turn in it. I had to have help getting out of the upper floors.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved this property for our party of 14. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our whole family, ages 8 to 71, enjoyed shuffleboard, pool and arcade games. With the age of our teenagers, 8 master bedrooms was awesome as everyone had their own space. Kitchen was well equipped and management company was responsive. They fixed the pool heater and internet during our stay. Highly recommend!

Place is decorated great. kitchen is well supplied. Located close to the beach access which made it nice Pool and back yard was wonderful for kids of all ages. Need more comfortable furniture on first floor.

Wonderful stay

Took our family to Destin & stayed at this wonderful house. Communication was great & they addressed our questions quickly. There was enough space to spend time together or you could go to another level if you wanted to relax. The elevator was awesome as we had a couple people who couldn’t walk up all the steps. There were shops & things to do close by which was nice. Would highly recommend this house to everyone!

Family reunion

This place is AMAZING! Super short walking distance to the beach. Plenty of things to do in this house. Every bedroom has a KING and it's OWN bathroom! You can't ask for anything better! We had a blast here! Will definitely stay again!

Best rental

This was by far the best house rental in Destin. It was very clean and very spacious. The house was pretty new and the beach is a 5 short five minutes walk. We would definetly book it again.

2023 Family Beach Vacation

88 Palms/VRBO was an excellent location and house for our 19 people attending this years vacation! The house layout, number of bathrooms and outside space/pool area were a huge hit for all! Would definitely recommend to any large group wanting to stay in the Destin area. Christina (out host) did an excellent job communicating and handling all our needs - thnaks!

Perfect house for our large family!

Such a beautiful house for our family of 20 to come together to celebrate my husband’s birthday! The pool, hot tub, pool table and arcade games kept everyone entertained throughout the weekend. The beach was within walking distance. We loved everything about this property and would highly recommend it!

Perfect Stay!

This house had more amenities than we could have asked for when booking. The backyard was a nice oasis with a beautiful pool and hot tub. When we compared it with other properties in the area, we couldn't find another home with the same pool experience. The kitchen was filled with all of the convenience of home with air fryer, crock pot, toaster oven, plenty of cookie dishes, pots, pans and dinnerware. The way that the home was decorated was perfect for FL. The rooms were appointed to perfection and every floor was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this home and this property management group. They were ideal to work with from the start!

House was great! Fully stocked with plenty of extras. Kids had a blast. Really only issue we had is there were a few outlets in the kitchen that weren't working which I informed the company about.

Fantastic Off Season Getaway

My stay with my group of 14 was fantastic! The house was beautiful and fit all guests very well. We went during the off-season but we could still utilize the hot tub and all indoor amenities. My contact for the place was very easy to connect with during check-in. We had some confusion with the exact address from what Vrbo used vs the confirmation email from the property manager but she was quick to clear it up for us. It was very easy to get Uber's to pick us this address and we were able to use Instacart several times as well. I wold love to come back and stay at this place during the warmer season, I bet it would be a blast.

We had 19 total. This place had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone from the 5year old to the 20-year-old to 5 sets of parents. Walking distance was easy and this place supplied beach chairs and a wagon to take all to the beach. We had a great time. Shopping and food stores are very close. House was very clean. Pool excellent.

Awesome property on Pompano

This property was great for a family of adults and kids. I loved that it had 8 rooms all with King beds and their own bathrooms. It also had bunk beds for younger kids plus restrooms on every floor. The kitchen was nice and big and we were able to seat all 19 of us together. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The decorations were spot on. All in all it was a great property and would definitely go back!!

This property was one of the best houses we’ve rented through VRBO. Everything about this property was perfect! Location, layout, amenities, management, everything was perfect! We could not find 1 thing wrong with our stay. Walking distance to one of the nicest sections of beach in Destin! We enjoyed our stay so much we actually looked into rebooking for the following month (unfortunately it was already booked, but we WILL rebook at a later date). Incredible House!!

This house had everything and slept 23 people comfortably to accommodate 2 families as well as boyfriends and girlfriends. A few minor issues with breakers and outlets, but the property manager was very responsive in resolving everything. Thank you for the best memories for all of us!!

Family time - from smalls to talls

This property was just the best!!! Beautiful, very conveniently located to both the beach, restaurants and shopping. Starting with 8 bedrooms, all with private baths to a great kitchen, and pool area that was just beautiful it lived up to the description. I have rented enough vacation homes to know that nothing will be absolutely perfect, but this house came close. The BEST thing was, the property management was so very good at being responsive that we always got our issues (and there weren't that many) resolved quickly. Kudos! Thanks to VRBO and Hermosa for such a great first family reunion that we're already planning for a second one.

Amazing for Families!

Overall best house we’ve stayed at. Super comfortable for big families, we were 17 and fit perfectly with extra room. It is in a perfect location, walking distance from the beach and many places near by. The house was super clean and came with many things for kids. Our kids loved the bunk beds and pool table. The pool area was also great! With a barbecue grill and amazing hot tub, time was well spent. The hot tub was easy to turn off and on. It was in a safe area, our kids walked to and from the beach with no worries. The beds were amazing! Honestly did not want to get up every morning. Kitchen came fully stocked with everything you’d need, also the elevator was great since there is 3 stories. Over loved this stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away!
