We invite you to our newly updated, clean and pristine, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private end unit condo located in the heart of Destin. Our home is professionally managed locally (24/7) by iTrip Vacations Destin & Miramar Beach - Please call them directly for discounts or specials!

After a long day in the sun, return to a place you can call your own. You will be blessed with an open floor plan is great for entertaining and allows everyone to converse throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. Every room throughout the condo has luxury vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining room table has seating for (4).
The living room features a large flat screen TV with a comfy sofa and (2) chairs, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies or play games. We also have a desk for your workstation. The sliding glass door off the living room offers a private balcony with table and (2) chairs to sit outside & enjoy a great book or your favorite snack, beverage or libation.
The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and offering a Mr. Coffee for your brewing pleasure. Community charcoal grills and picnic areas are located throughout the community courtyard. The laundry room off the dining room offers a full-size washer & dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and features a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and comfy bedding. The master ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity, tub/shower combo & commode. The Guest Bedroom has (1) queen bed and (1) full over full bunk bed flat screen TV, ceiling fan. closet & bathroom across the hall. The bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo & commode.
Stroll 1/2 mile to the June Decker Public Beach Access to enjoy the sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal-clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you choose to retire from building sandcastles, return to the neighborhood pool or go out on an adventure to enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment, all located less than a mile from the residence.
Indian Lake is across from the Morgan’s Sports Center, Destin’s premier recreational complex featuring sporting fields, jogging tracks, sand volleyball courts, and a playground.
