Wouldn’t it be nice relax? To just let your mind wander and rest? This Destin vacation rental promises guests just that- a chance to take some daze off and enjoy the beach air and warm sunshine. It’s beachy modern interior possesses just the right amount of sleekness softened by coastal accents that give you a sense of calm as soon as you cross the threshold.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms beach house is neatly tucked in the gated community of The Villages in Crystal Beach. The large open living area is perfect for movies, games, and just relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is well-appointed with upgraded surfaces and appliances plus plenty of seating. You will find King Primary suites on both the first and second floors! You will also find a queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. The second floor also has a second living room with a sofa sleeper making a nice place for the kids or teens to hang out.

Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony or poolside at the lagoon pool located just a few houses away. Best of all, the sugar white sand and emerald waters of Destin’s Crystal Beach is only a few short blocks away. There is also a seasonally provided trolley to drive you to the beach if you prefer. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This property comes with 3 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
