Welcome to Condominium Rental Unit #120, where comfort and style come together for a relaxing beach getaway. Designed to accommodate up to four guests, this beautiful condo features tile flooring throughout, a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The living area is bright and comfortable, offering a fabric couch, a 56-inch TV, and a DVD player—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Emerald Coast. The bedroom includes a 42-inch TV and a standing fan conveniently located in the closet for added comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker to suit every morning routine. The upgraded bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower and modern finishes, creating a spa-like experience.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

Great beach getaway

We really liked the location of this condo. It’s on the 1st floor so you can walk out the patio door and be at the beach in just a few steps. Tennis courts for pickle ball and the pool are right out the door also. Nice quiet location and a short Uber trip to the Boardwalk. We had 2 great dinners at Tailfins and the Boathouse for a Saturday band was a great time.

Definitely met most of our needs. Us being 70, we would have like a washer/dryer combo in the unit, since the laundry was on the top floor. To far to go. Other than that, I would highly recommend this as condo for other vacationers.

My husband loved the adjustable bed. Dont pass this one up!The only recommendation is to bring extra bath towels as the towel exchange is Tuesday and Friday's. I gave 4 stars for the properties general condition as several washing machines were broken, the coin exchange was also broke and the front desk would not give change.

This room is very nice and looks just like the pictures. Everything looks brand new. You don’t have the ocean view that the upper floors have but you can go right out the back of the condo and be right on the beach before anyone above you could get to the ground floor. Only thing I would change about this condo is the bed. While it it comfortable it is 2 singles pushed together to make a king and they would come apart while laying on the bed and you would have to get up to push them back together. Otherwise awesome place
