The only drawback was there was no elevator from the main office. So we had to walk up like 7 flights to get to our room- bummer. And some nights when we were tired and just wanted to stay at the hotel- we had to leave to go eat becuse their was no on site restaurant. "The property was beautiful and location was fantastic. The views are just incredible especially from the oceans buildings. The room accomodations at the Oceans bldg were recently renovated and look great!! have to commend management/ ownership for this. We opted for the all- inclusive package. The food menu for dinner at pureocean restaurant needs to be better. Breakfast options were great. Surfside restaurant was a better option for dinner. Although majority of the staff were very friendly...

"This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancelation. It was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed here longer. It was clean and well maintained. Security was there all the time. The pool was nice. The full kitchen would have been nice, had we spent more time there. It was on a party street, so we could hear music late in to the night."

"Taco Tuesday's is great! The amount of filling is not seen in the states. Soo good. Seared Tuna salad: Great. The office manager (her name starts with a B) went out of her way to accommodate my room with a coffee pot that used the filters I took with me. Bar staff were extremely friendly as well. Have stayed here multiple times and it is still my favorite!"
