Hotel with a Concierge in Adjara from AED 53

Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!

Excellent

The property is nice overall, suitable for families with kids and sportsmen (variety of games, interior design, professional gym, outdoor swimming pool, etc). Rooms are nice and functional (we stayed in a suite and it was above expectations), nice view, the location is not so good (far from the center) and dining options are very limited. The worst was the service (mainly front desk): they are all young and not properly trained to sort out anything, definitely require some improvement.

Much better than five star hotels in Batumi

Overall everything was pleasant, the free breakfast was the best part of my stay. Good vibes and open room that was comfortable.

Big thanks to Nino and Andrea, we had a double room with private balcony facing the public street, we were worry about the noise from previous reviews, however once you close the balcony door, everything is quiet. The room was large enough and very comfortable, the breakfast was decent. The hotel is walkable distance from approximately all attractions sites. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Great location and pricing for a high-rise with a nice view.

After reading other reviews, this was better than expected. Comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. The brightness of the lights was an issue but the nice lady at the front desk was able to let me borrow a floor lamp so I was able to work from my laptop much better. There are a lot of food options close by so easy to run out and get lunch and dinner and back to work. Very close to all the attractions.

The variety of the food was really good and tasty. Ladies serving and refilling the dishes were polite, helpfull, friendly and fun as well Location is very convenient for foot traffic or to get on the bus to go to the airport, Botanical garden, etc. The price for the room was also very good! I found it an excellent deal and would return!

The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

Great hotel with a nice location , staff were very freindly and spioke some English although in Georgia English language is a common issue. Hotel location is a big plus, within 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and famous landmarks on the seafront such as Ali and Nino Statue and others. There are also small grocary stores within 5 minutes walk. The bathroom has water bidet which was a big advantage especially for people from the Middle East.

It's a nice place, very close to the sea, beautiful parks, and a Japanese garden. However, if you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice. We had to deal with very loud and noisy guests, and the hotel was unable to resolve the situation.
