This was an awesome experience! Excellent hotel, superb customer service, great food, beautiful grounds, great snorkeling, and most important to me, extremely CLEAN. Definitely want to come back!

This was my second visit to this resort and I was not disappointed. The grounds are green and well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even prior to my arrival I contacted the resort and they were able to accommodate all my needs and address my questions. I booked this hotel for expedia never went there befor & from the moment I reached the hotel I found all the staff very friendly and for all our stay they are vey good & the hotel has very nice beach also we enjoyed water world specially my son, simply I'll not change the hotel next time when I go there. Great food,delicious variety of food choices,all sat well with me,wonderful beds and mattresses,spacious rooms spotless and quiet.I will skip Alcohol drinks evaluation as I am not a connoisseur of any degree and I do understand that to some that factor can make or break the deal,sorry cant be of help here unlike food and comfort I am an unbending person . Great experience, looks just like pictures, worthwhile resort…although pricy

L'hôtel est sublime, calme et reposant. Les lodges sont belles et spacieuses. Le jardin privatif a été une belle surprise (junior suite). Le personnel est adorable, pro, bienveillant et serviable. Le restaurant est bon, la piscine est belle et chaude. L'accès au parc Oasiria permets aux enfants de s'amuser et donc aux parents de passer de bonnes vacances. Nous reviendrons. Merci et z bientôt

Excellent stay as usual

I travel extensively for work and vacation and have eaten many places. The buffet here was probably the best I have ever enjoyed. Breakfast featured fresh honey dripping from a honeycomb (I have never ever encountered this). Dinner included a chocolate fountain. The dish options for all meals were overwhelming--just like I enjoy! This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it.
