Rixos Sharm El Sheikh is absolutely fantastic! Beautiful rooms, excellent service, and incredible food. The beach, jetty and pool areas are stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Sharm. Thankyou to Dr Amr Ibrahim onsite doctors who were fantastic sorting my dad’s cough and whizzing. Thankyou to Mustafa at guest relations and Ahmed Hamed for house keeping. Akram took the best photos. Dinner and breakfast was amazing and fresh. Nightly entertainment was superb.

Exceptional Stay at Rixos Adults Only We stayed at Rixos Adults Only during Christmas with my family, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. You can really feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food with multiple options to suit all tastes, and everything we tried was excellent. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Mr. Hassan. He is genuinely humble and leads by example. At one point, we were waiting for coffee while the staff were assisting another guest, and instead of letting us wait, Mr. Hassan personally came and prepared coffee for me and my husband. This small gesture meant a lot and truly reflects the outstanding level of service at the hotel. Overall, Rixos Adults Only exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

Hotel is large! Staff are polite and helpful, hotel is immaculate. The dining is not great. We ate in the fish, which was best by far for both dinner & lunch. We also ate at Mangle, Gusto the buffet & the Brazilian. The service at these four restaurants was awful. The food at the palm in the evening was cold, but well presented. Mangle (BBQ) the staff didn’t explain the process so sat there for a while… Gusto, food was ok but plates not cleared after each course and the Brazilian food was ok, staff weren’t that attentive. Premium brand drinks, but cocktails a bit hit and miss. Pool service again was hit and miss. Towels by the pool were better than the towels in the room, which could do with replacing. First time I’ve been AI for a while, & I now remember why I haven’t done it! Sorry to say not the best holiday. Also being so close to the airport you do have a few planes fly over, not constantly about 1/2 dozen each day.

Overall, my stay at the resort was pleasant, and the staff certainly deserve 5 stars for their service. However, I did encounter a few issues during my visit. Upon check-in, I was upgraded, which I appreciated, but my bed was switched from a king to a double. After traveling all night, I was too exhausted to raise the issue and decided to let it go. I was part of a group of seven friends, and while my companions seemed to receive exceptional hospitality, including offers of amenities and even late check-out, I unfortunately did not experience the same. This was surprising, especially as this was my second stay at the resort. The food was average—not great, but not terrible either. One of my main concerns was with the bartenders. Only one poolside bartender, Semeh, seemed well-trained and made excellent drinks. Unfortunately, the other bartenders' drinks were bland and poorly mixed. The music at the pool was another downside—constantly melancholy and depressing, as though the DJ had set the playlist and checked out emotionally. Given that my previous stay at this resort was much better, I am still inclined to give the hotel an overall 4-star rating. However, I hope to see some improvements in consistency, especially with amenities and the poolside experience.

Fantastic stay at the Rixos Sharm El Sheikh - fantastic, large Deluxe King room was worth the upgrade. All the staff were great and polite - genuinely trying to make sure your stay was perfect. All the facilities are great - and the restaurants are all amazing. Stunning food in each one! Highly recommended!

Very clean rooms, excellent service, A wide range of food options, only bad thing about this vacation; sea was rough; so we couldnt enjoy the sea and fishes as we wanted to. Our vacation was in november. Maybe september october could be calm
