Yoga with Karsten and front desk and waiters were exceptional. Love the 3 daily yoga classes with Karsten. View was magnificent and Karsten made our stay magical. Aziz at the front desk was most courteous bellman I have ever encountered. Entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and make us feel at home and very special. This Sofitel is definitely the best hotel in Morocco. Situated in beautiful Agadir with its own private section for the beach, it definitely deserves to be called the best hotel in Morocco. Great ambiance, best option for enjoying the beach, pool, spa, bar and restaurant with great drinks and food variety! The staff are very helpful and Yassine at the front desk deserves a special mention. The room comfort is very good and so is the cleanliness. If you book an all inclusive, it is amazing to get great food, snacks, and drinks almost all day.

After being stuck in the hotel from hell for three nights (Caribbean Village) it was like stepping into paradise when I arrived at Tikida Dunas. I came the day before to have a look and was welcomed by Fathi at reception who was really helpful and the following day he was very helpful too. The hotel stuff is just amazing ! They are making the stay wonderful! No one can be compared to them . special thanks to Fouad . Receiptioist and all stuff are just more than exceptional ! But there are some minus in technical points . The phone in room is not working , there is no room service , there is no bathrobe . The cleanliness should be developed. The floor in the room is not cleaning every day . Also the bed clothes is not changing . And there is no two bottles of water upon the check...

Beautifull place location food and helpfull staff, enjoyed the stay, very nice

I enjoyed my stay here, even added extra night. The staff is great, very helpful and friendly. The internet near my room wasn’t working so there moved me to another room which was a little nicer than my first one. The beds over all are a little hard but i was perfectly comfortable. Great price too overall excellent bugdet hotel that delivers.
