"Excelente hotel"

"Todo excelente!"

"Great staff very friendly and airport shuttle"

"Friendly staff and location"

"Good room size, not enough toilet paper or towels but all was well. Cleaning staff friendly and appreciate their efforts. Front staff profesional but a little as a matter of fact fen for yourself type of attitude. Restaurant staff was very friendly but food can be a bit better. We have stayed in an array of hotel company’s and country’s and food can be better for the price. Great stay overall would recommend for short stay ."

"The property was fair, but the Client service was amazing. We would’ve never made it there without the girls help from the airport as we were lost in our rental so thank you to the girl that helped us at the front desk."

"Great service, beautiful to walk around and enjoy the nice gardens, pool and the Birds. Very relaxing to say the least."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great! Definitely worth booking again."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We understood the pool was under maintenance, especially with the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aguascalientes. We’ll absolutely be back!"
