"We booked this last minute, and when we arrived for check in the gave us a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. Was very clean and comfortable!"

"Was better than we thought - there is a pub downstairs and thought we would hear it, turns out the sound insulation is decent. There was a barking dog next to us on the first night, we didn’t hear it after that. Good restaurant and bar in lobby. Staff a little disinterested. Decent bed and bathroom!"

"Very helpful staff! Thankful there was a continental breakfast available and a special treat of cookies every evening with coffee and tea available throughout the day. Lodge room was small but it was only for two people so managed fine. Gym well equipped. Restaurant served very tasty food!"

"Comfortable bed, good TV. Location excellent. As with all accommodation in Ucluelet it is expensive for what you get. We were disappointed with a lack of mugs, glasses, teaspoons, creamers, and decent coffee; something which is standard in other places we stayed. Austin, manager did try to address our concerns."

"Way overpriced for what it offers. But the again, so is the entire Tofino area in the summer due to all the retirees flocking in."

"Overall, it was a clean while maintain property. It lack of amenities. There were seating arrangements outside, but with the colder temperatures, no fire pits or heater or anything like that to help encourage you to utilize the outdoor amenities. Ocean views from the decks were nice, but when in the room, they're fully cut off and you can't really enjoy them."

"The airstream was so fun and unique. Enjoyed our stay! The hot tub for each airstream was such a fun experience. It was clean when we came in!"

"We chose this for laundry and kitchenette. Check in was great as was laundry. First impressions of room were poor as the kitchen was in need of door and drawer repairs. Missing knobs, doors that didnt close, damaged surface. But in fact the appliances worked well, stove, oven, newish fridge freezer and kettle. Its a nice quiet location. All taps did drip."

"Convenient location. The 9pm quiet time was not enforced. We had full days of activities and we were tired but had to listen to loud talking, laughing and shouting that kept us awake a couple of hours after that time. And someone's left overs were left in the fridge. Besides that everything else was ok."

"This cabin had everything we needed for a week long stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and the separate loft bedroom, allowed privacy. The property was spacious and well located. We will go back."
