"We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."

"Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "

"Lovely hotel, staff are great, particularly in the restaurant. They catered for me with vegan options that were thoughtful and very well executed. Plenty of parking in covered bays. Lots of little restaurants nearby. Area is quiet and safe, close to lakes and safe walks. Beds very comfortable, spotlessly clean. "We loved the hotel and location. Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case. "Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."
