"The check in was very smooth, very friendly staff! Breakfast was good with many choices. If I have anything to say that is not perfect, it would be that the pillows are awful for us—too thick and uncomfortable Great stay and will go back!!!!!"

"We loved that the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many activities and PNC Park. The view from our room was beautiful! The staff at the front desk and at the bar were friendly and helpful. We thought the cost of parking was too high. We did not like that housekeeping was unavailable for all the days of our stay. On our hall, several rooms had glasses and trash bags sitting outside the door in the hallway for days. Housekeeping was cleaning rooms as people left, so we were not sure why they couldn't pick up glasses and bags of trash when they were literally right there working. The bathroom sliding door was trash and kept getting stuck."
