"Great location in downtown Pittsburgh! The hotel staff is EXCELLENT - especially RYAN! We arrived early (Noon) knowing that check in was at 4pm. Ryan was so helpful and checked our luggage so we could start our tour bus fun! Around 1:30 pm, I received a text message from Ryan that our room was ready and he had our luggage delivered to our room so it was available upon our return from our ventures! He was so helpful and polite! Great customer service! Thank you!"

"Premier room was generous. (Bathroom was normal and perfectly fine, but not "generous".) Restaurants lacked ambiance, but the food was surprisingly good -- really, very good. We got a great price (under $200/night,) so the value was outstanding. Overall a very positive experience. "

"The Westin had wonderful staff at the front desk and in the restaurants. The place has so much potential but needs updated so badly. The carpets are quite old in the rooms and I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Everything else in the room needs updated. "
