"Unfortunately, I was only able to stay at this hotel for two hours, because the hotel lost WiFI connectivity and could not provide any estimate on the repair. I had to work six hours that evening and sadly could not without the WiFi, so I had to check out and depart for home (1 1/2 hrs away) as soon as possible. I contacted Expedia today with the full expectation of a refund for the room and was disappointed to learn the hotel would not provide a refund. I will never book a stay at this...

"Room was adequately cleaned ( lots of hair in shower ) crumbs on floor but the facilities were maintained. Front desk manager was not very nice when mold was found in the coffee pot for breakfast she was snippy and dismissive about it. Food in bar downstairs was ok."

"The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country!"
