Lots of character and very friendly staff

Everything worked as expected. Breakfast is good for the price specially if traveling with a car. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the air conditioning was quiet.

Spartan but clean. Located in remote commercial park area so dining is limited and Uber will not pick you up. Cheap place to rest your head. We chose it because it was next to the motorcycle rental place we will use for the week. Shuttle vans from GVA airport is 160-210 Chf; we used Sixt at only 138 Chf.

The hotel has only 18 rooms. The room was superb! Everything looked new and was well kept. Some rooms are on the third floor, and there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if it matters to you. There is a nice outdoor area with a small stream. The address on hotels.com is incorrect. Make sure to check it before going. It is in Bonne, not Annemasse.

Good price! Nice stuff! French breakfast is just excellent! overall stay was very cool! PS parking is also good

This was the typical experience I expect of a Mercure hotel. Clean, tidy rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. No drama or mistakes. The location was central to all the roads, and just a 10 minute drive over the border into Geneva (the hotel is on the France side). Very near to several shops and restaurants, and we had a really fun dinner at the grill across the parking lot. All in all, it was just a one night stay en route to Paris, and we all got good, sound rest and relaxation.

We into stayed 1 night but we were so impressed by the hotel for such an inexpensive price! There are also places to eat right behind it and free parking right next store... Truly a convenient location and comfortable stay!

The facility was well kept and easily accessible by Metro and Bus from Geneva. Quiet environment and clean.

The staff was nice and helpful and it's well located. Lack of air conditioning during the month of July was challenging, however.

The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. We'd definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Parking is difficult and expensive, but that's not specific to this property....that's the whole area.

The room was small but very comfortable. There was a door leading out to a garden, where it was lovely to walk, and nice to let in fresh air. Our room had a kettle, and supplies to make coffee. Breakfast was lavish, including Brie cheese, a first on this trip, and delicious. Moreover, the staff were super helpful. We were trying to save money on meals, so went to the local Co-Op, and bought cold meat, cheese, and salad, and fresh fruit & cream for our 2 days. The hotel loaned us plates, bowls,...

The room was very clean and neat. It was roomy with very large, soft bedding and a clean bathroom with fresh towels. Housekeeping does a great job and they work hard everyday. The front desk people are very nice and very, very, very helpful. They make you feel at home. The breakfast offers some of the best Swiss cheese I ever ate in my life. It was that really good foreign cheese, the type that bodybuilders recommend that you eat for protein. Yogurt, eggs, fruit and hot coffee are offered and...

We only stayed in night, and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Would definitely go back and recommend to...

This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. Supermarket a few minutes away and there are bikes for you to use to explore. It’s going to be refurbished in November and more rooms added for 2020 so will definitely be...
