The hotel is one of only a few high-end hotels serving tourists to the Atacama Desert. The desert is an enormous attraction, uniquely beautiful, large and various. The hotel offers many excursions to different spots in and near the desert, at different times of the day (sunrise, sunset) and requiring different levels of physical exertion. The hotel is very nice: rooms are decently clean, breakfast is good. also the staff is very friendly, we arrived late and they accommodated. it is a great spot to stay to visit the surroundings. Note that the hotel is a bit fat out of the city, so a car is ideal. The evening shuttle is great though!
