"Helpful staff"

"Staff was excellent and responsive. Hotel was clean and comfortable and very close to town which made life easier. Overall an enjoyable experience."

"Muy bueno todo"

"The staff was fabulous. They made my stay a 5-star experience. The property was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included made to order items. I had the bad luck of going to San Pedro during one of the few times in which there were cloudy skies and rain. I was quite disappointed. Stargazing was the primary purpose of my trip. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip...

"Ottimo"

"Excelente recepção, limpeza e funcionários. Spa excepcional, realmente muito bom. Apenas as refeições deixam a desejar. Não gostei de nenhum dos pratos solicitados. Pelo valor, esperava mais. "

"great staff, nice hotel"

"Hotel excelente pero aconsejo que"

"Elegí el Hotel Tulor porque tenía buenas reseñas, pero lamentablemente mi experiencia fue muy negativa y no se correspondió en absoluto con las expectativas ni con el precio pagado. "Great, great location. Property is beautiful. And staff are so helpful. My partner was not feeling great the first day and they were so understanding and caring. If I could give them 6 stars, I would."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming...

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager and staff were very hospitable & made my stay a pleasant one. It's also located quite close to shops & restaurants"

"Traditional Chilean vibe. Food in restaurant excellent. Staff very friendly. Recommended."

"Melhor experiência em um hotel que poderia existir !"
