"We turned up. They never had an Expedia booking with us in their. system. We called expedia twice but they were unable to contact the hotel. So Expedia failed us completely. No booking. So beware if you book this hotel via expedia that your booking will not be in its system. The hotel looked quite dirty. We were showed one room where the running water did not work. A second room also failed running water"

"La persona encargado no esta. No me dieron ningun recibo o boleta. Me dijeron que no podían hacerlo. Porque es este medio de expedia, tuve que insistir y me sieron un post it escrito. Luego pregunte sobre el desayuno y me dijeron que no estaba incluido que deberia ser 3 dolares nas etc, aunque e expedia me decian ustedes que si estaba incluido. De tanto insistir y decir que me iba a quejar, nos dieron el desayuno al día siguiente. El check out segun expedia decia que era a la 1 , cuando...
