"Everything about the Holiday Inn and Aruba is beyond excellent! We've been coming here since 2018 and we will continue to come every year because the staff, the venue, the restaurants, the beach, everything is perfect! We always have so much fun at the bars with Jacqui, Victor, Calvin, Andres....everyone! They are all amazing! The servers at the restaurants are incredible! Ana kept our room extremely clean. We love it! "

"I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered! We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!"

"Everything was awesome. Only downside was that they are working on areas of the hotel. But, this was not really any inconvenience. Just a heads up that there will be some construction going on. Other then that it was great. Staff were super friendly. "

"We had a beach front access room with a balcony. Views were amazing and room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC and front desk was able to help immediately. Parking was accessible. Food was ok, the dinner at Club Margot was probably our favorite. The location was great, 10 minutes away from Noord where the other bars and restaurants are located."

Kind of run down with that rusty boat Elliott was great on the beach Staff were all very friendly and personable Food was delicious catered to the beach as well If there’s a lot of people from a group Than their should be more chairs Doesn’t make it fair for regular folks Thanks"
