"Our flight arrived in the evening and this hotel was a very convenient place to stay until we started our safari the next morning! The free airport transfer was a plus. The staff was very friendly and the room comfortable."

"Was pleasantly surprised. Had decided to stay there because it was close to the Kilimanjaro airport and after 17 hrs of traveling to get there and getting in late, was very happy that shuttle drive was on time and Customer service excellent."

"Gorgeous location. Very clean and the best part was the friendly staff. Planning our next trip back."

"This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The restaurant menu was great for breakfast and dinner, with lots of options. The rooms were clean. Not...

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP! To begin with, I want to be clear that this is not about the staff, as they were mostly wonderful. Nor is it about the hotel itself as it was nice. "We only spent one night but it was a clean hotel with good ac, and friendly staff. Honestly wish we got to stay there for more of our trip but oh well."

"The property is beautiful and peaceful. The room was very big and clean. The staff were always very friendly and helpful."

"Everything was great. Lovely room. Great view. One small issue. There were no plugs near the bed, so I had to lug my phone on the other side of the room."

"Beautiful property and excellent rooms. Coffee tour was very informative led by a very knowledgeable guide, Yohana. Dinner was very good. Lunch buffet had a good number of options. Breakfast had continental breakfast options and cook to order menu choices. Service was A+++!"

"lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough."

"Cuando llegamos al hotel , en vez de darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado nos dieron a elegir entre dos de categoría inferior. Nos quejamos y al final nos dijeron que había un problema con el agua caliente en la que habíamos reservado y por eso nos ofrecían una habitación inferior, sin embargo no nos hacían ningún descuento en el precio. Nos quedamos en la que realmente habíamos reservado y el agua caliente funcionó los 9 días que pasamos allí ; sin embargo la taza del baño estaba rota y...
