Breakfast menu is excellent for most tastes and food is fresh. The room is business friendly since you have a practical worktable and reliable wifi. The table-light at the worktable needs to be a little brighter. Otherwise an excellent facility I will recommend to others. 2. Challenge on Alignment of Reservations Desk and Online Booking: The marketing/reservations desk and online booking need to align. You gave me a quotation of $100 per night and charged me $259.20 for 2-3 Sept 2026 and $100 for 4 Sept 2026 for the simple reason that I paid online and would seek reimbursement from my employer, the University of Nairobi. This is after we had negotiated and received confirmation at the rate of $100 from your marketing/reservations department."
