La tour d'Ivoire What a Hotel! My family of 5 (3 kids, and 2 adults) stayed here because we were visiting all of Switzerland and Geneva was our first stop. First, it was incredibly convenient to be near the SBB train tracks about a two-minute walk from the hotel. check-in was quick, Brian helped us at the desk and spoke fluent English. Our rooms were clean, with a beautifully painted landscape mural on the wall. The bathroom had all the amenities and was also very clean, I told Brian at the...

Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.

The front desk staff was amazing, clean room.

Quick stay before flying out in the morning. Comfortable with a restaurant and airport shuttle. I have stayed twice and will use it again.

Lovely property in France, convenient to Geneva Airport with restaurant that is open late.

Stayed only for 1 night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was accommodating and convenient; but, caution: shuttle runs only between 4:40am - 11:45pm.

This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. Supermarket a few minutes away and there are bikes for you to use to explore. It’s going to be refurbished in November and more rooms added for 2020 so will definitely be...

Really well provisioned property. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a few nights for business (UN agencies, short bus ride away): location is practical (right next to airport + train station - just jump on the #5 bus - same bus also takes you into the city). Mindful that this is mainly serving the conference centre and so is a working location, not for touristy purposes. Hotel itself is cool and boutique-style; staff friendly and accommodating (last checkout, luggage storage, etc.); breakfasts pretty wholesome; rooms clean and practical (for the...

Stayed here since we had an extremely early flight out. We were able to walk to the hotel from the airport and vice versa. The snack bar was open late, which worked great since it meant we didn’t have to look for something that would be open for dinner. We had a pizza and pasta, which were surprisingly good. The staff was friendly and the vibe of the hotel was fun and laid back. The room was simple, but clean. We were able to walk to the city center in under an hour, but there is also access...

Staff were helpful and welcoming .. the place is new and well maintained and in a good spot .. rooms are small but that’s the norm here I guess .. I wish the windows were bigger for more light.

I love this hotel, it’s well located, efficient and the lobby/cafe is perfect for a coffee or glass of wine. My only issue is that I often come back late from dinner and the entrance is in essentially an alley. I know Geneva is generally safe but I have to go into city mode preparing to run or defend myself as I take the last steps to the front entrance.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

Wonderful breakfast samples! The hotel staff were very friendly! Great location too

Very convenient and delightful staff!

This is one of the best stays I have EVER HAD! I travel often and always, but the stay at this location was EXCEPTIONAL! High-tech and leaps bounds above other hotels!
