"Our stay was good. Ballys casino hotel has been good experience after so many years not staying with them . The lobby and casino area were clean. The renovations were beautiful . Employees were accommodating and security posted to entrance of the Bally tower. Elevator were clean and fast. Ascending to your floor is only access with your room key. This is good and avoid non staying individuals to loiter the floors if they are not guests. Renovated room and bathroom were clean and modern. Air conditioning properly regulated. No roaches or insects lurking. We have dine in their restaurants in the cafe for breakfast and got our subs sandwiches and were delicious. Parking was very reasonable ten dollars a day for guests. Parking lot need some cleaning due to some people leaving garbage .Gambling in slot machines were fun. Check in and out was smooth. I am satisfied and happy with our trip and stay with Bally’s casino and Hotel. Thank you for the staff ."

"I tell you what I didn't like. I didn't like s couple of those bell hop guys. They act like they don't notice you there waiting to ask them s question and wouldn't look you in the eye just so you won't get that chance to ask them anything. The one guy that stands behind the desk to call for the bell guys to come take your cart of luggage up to your room. Ignorant, ignorant employees. Him and another one of those guys. Rude and ignorant. They were the two black guys. Ignorant. Even the way they talk to people. I stood there and listened how they've talked to people who needed help, ignorant. It's always the People with the nasty attitudes that always want to go into customer service field. I guess a lot of them are the ones that doesn't know how to do anything else, so they become part of the service industry. SMH. Pitiful. A lot of times it's those black people doing to other black people. SMH."
