"I arrived on a Thursday, Thanksgiving Day and the beach, although an over cast day, the beach was just wonderful. La Ceiba is not exactly a clean city and beaches are certainly dirty and the sand is the color is pukey brown/grey yet, the view of the Caribbean Sea erased those minor imperfections. The staff of HPB is nice and willing to please. They are not aggressive but genuinely want to assist. Lots of please/thank yous. Coming from Tegus where everyone is sort of rude, this was a nice...

"This was our second time in La Villa de Soledad. We came back because this Bed and Breakfast place is the most amazing, extraordinary and the cleanest hotel we have ever been to. We have traveled the world but nothing like this place. The hosts are very accommodating and warm. It is nestled within the Honduran jungle of Pico Bonito National Park. The endless river sounds add delightful to your stay. The fresh flowers they place in your bedroom as they welcome you is exquisite! Our family loves...
