"It was a unique experience. The check in was the most uncomfortable of the stay. While every staff member was amazing, the person who checked us in was ready to go home. Rude , no eye contact, just rushing the entire situation. I understand if he is overwhelmed over worked but bad service to have him upfront while he is not giving good service. It made me feel not valued and just not a good start to vacation. Due to the weather we lost power and water for some time. Reason we decided to check...

"I enjoyed this hotel especially the breakfast and all of the wonderful staff. The only issue I had was that the power kept going out on and off during my stay. They were trying to fix it but it happened enough times that I decided to depart a day early. Otherwise it was an immaculate stay."

"Awesome place"

"Once you step on that property, everybody is very nice. Everybody is very kind. They offer you drinks and food and got upgraded for free on my room"

"There was a huge cockroach in the air vent. There were high winds which caused a power outage. We had to walk up and down to the 6th floor. The power outage also affected the water pumps and we had no water until for about 12hrd. We couldn't shower or use the restroom."

"The front desk is not friendly enough. They don't acknowledge repeat visitors and is hard to get them to smile… The restaurant, bar and house keeping staff on the other hand were great and made me feel welcome."

"Tiene muy mal internet y la tv dañada, fuera de esto todo bien 👍"

"Great location. Great staff and rooms. The best is if room available you can check in!!! Not like other hotels that make u wait. Will be staying here again."
