The room was perfect and clean the only downside is that it's in a plaza, that night they had a rock band all night and the workers that where outside cleaning where very loud. Didn't get much sleep.

I needed a quiet, safe place to spend the night before jumping on a plane back down to Puerto Vallarta, and this place hit the mark for price, cleanliness, and proximity to the airport. I appreciated that breakfast was included; that was really a nice touch.

horrible experience

this was our second time staying here . the first time was okay , the music outside was a little loud but was fine we decided to stay here again because it’s convenient for us and i enjoyed the shopping mall. we decided to give it another try . We stayed here on our wedding night and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. We got locked out of our room and couldn’t get back in until the next morning, we didn’t receive an apology we just got switched to another room without any of our stuff . The room itself wasn’t much better. The floors weren’t clean, the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was no extra toilet papper they did not restock. The towels were very worn out and should’ve been replaced a long time ago. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t care much about the guests or the condition of the rooms. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.

The hotel, room and staff are exelent. I will stay here again the parking however was super full and my truck stuck out 31" so I parked a bit more insde a crosshatched area and I got a boot on my truck, it sounds the guards had a chil on their shoulder, no big deal it was 260.00 pesos, but just the way they treated me, really nice plaza should have friendlier staff.
