They helped arrange transportation from the airport in addition to having a shuttle but we arrived after midnight and the arranged transportation was cheap and easy "

"The hotel is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was great. Breakfast was pleasant—the overall breakfast crew were very attentive and accommodating, and the addition of the egg station was a great touch. I did miss having regular bacon with my eggs, and the fruit seemed a little old on the day I had it. The only downside for me was the location—it’s a bit far from where I needed to go, although it’s conveniently next to a shopping mall. That said, Pondok Indah Mall is still my top go-to mall in Jakarta. Overall, it was a great stay, just slightly too far for my preference."
