"Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We were a large family group and they always kept us together dining. The chef cooked the fish some of the fisherpeople among us caught to perfection. Have to do more about keeping the birds at bey in the dining room. They were much too aggressive and had too much open access to the buffet presenting potential health concerns. "The staff is very professional and kind. They were kind above what they needed to be. As a solo traveler, I felt secure and at ease. The on site restaurant staff were great as well. The bed was comfortable and the overall room was perfect for me. I also enjoyed my garden patio. I was impressed with the size of the patio, it was not tiny with room to move about and have a couple guests comfortably. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends. I loved my experience."

"O2 was nice, but I was bamboozled by the pics advertised with crystal clear water at the beach. This was not true at this hotel. Rooms were well maintained and clean. "We had a perfect stay at the Dover Beach Hotel, just what we needed a nice place to relax. All the local bars and restaurants were just 10 minutes walk away but the hotel amenities were good if we wanted to stay in. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. "The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."

"We upgraded to deluxe, beautiful room, clean, quiet. Staff pleasant and professional, very friendly. Truly enjoyed chatting with the lady at the gift shop and most of the restaurant staff, security officers always willing to chat, love this place, love the people, can't wait to come back. Only thing that I would like to see is maybe one or two trash bins in the parking lot, other than that 10+"

"I went for my birthday and I was solo. The location was a bit far from tourist things to do. However, the hotel helped setup taxi and have a shuttle which I used a lot to get into town or go the beach. Akiel the driver always was on time and professional. When you first come in and see Shevika at the desk. She remembered my birthday and always kept a smile on her face."
