"Great walk in Shower, Everything else as expected of this calibre of Hotel"

"The location is perfect, right behind the main market square and the Christmas markets. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfy although the room could get quite hot at night. The bar in the hotel was really nice to sit in the evenings. There’s a Starbucks coffee machine and a small tuck shop. I’d definitely stay here again for a comfortable, convenient stay in Bruges."

"Great location and staff. Breakfast compared to price a little weak. Street noise could be heard depending of room’s facing direction. Overall it was a nice experience for our family. "

"Amazing hotel - beautifully decorated and the room was a good size. We loved that the twin beds weren't pushed together like in most hotels and the amenities were great. The room controls were a bit complicated and didn't always work perfectly - there's nothing wrong with a TV remote and a light switch! The staff were all lovely and very polite and welcoming. We also loved the pool and the flavoured water in the lobby. All in all a great stay."
