"I stayed for a week by myself. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The property is close to Ball State. They offered breakfast but I didn't eat anything as I had meetings all week. I would definitely stay there again."

"Reserved a room for my daughter who could not make it home due to flooding in Indiana. She video chatted me to show me her room, on site laundry etc. She said her room smelled fresh, shower was nice, laundry room clean and bed was comfortable."

"Great location! Super charming farm with adorable animals to pet! Great get away from the city! We went on the 4th of July weekend to get away with our dogs from the fireworks. Sirci was so helpful about answering questions and keeping us updated on the town firework schedule, which was so nice to do! Would definitely stay again!"
