"The staff was not very helpful. I had to ask where my room was and how to get there. They were not very helpful with finding a good place to eat. He told me Noone eats around here. Smh"

"The room had a clean but very dirty feel to it...like a very cheap motel seen in movies. No blinds in the window-just cheap cloth shower curtain-ish look. The carpet was visibly dirty. I could not wait to get up and leave the following morning. Unless a total and complete renovation is done, never again will I reserve a room there. Ever."

When I tried to check out in the morning, no one was there that I could bring these issues up with, so I just had to leave my room key on the desk and just hope I wasn't billed for the damage that I didn't cause"
