"Although we only stayed one day, we enjoyed our time there. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the desk staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Not being familiar with Aix-en-Provence, she gave us a map and marked some good places to visit in a day, along with making some restaurant suggestions. The hotel’s location was also great for us as it’s right next to the Old Town and we could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Finally, the buffet breakfast was delicious,...

"For the price nice sized and clean rooms, good complimentary breakfast"

"Beautiful location walkable to everything. In the heart of the Panier district and close to the harbor. Views are amazing. Excellent restaurants and breakfast was both livery and delicious."

"A very nice minimalist hotel with friendly staff, a great view of the harbor and a nice breakfast. Rooms were clean and quiet but very sparely furnished. Bed pillows should have been replaced a long time ago. They were flat and lumpy (what little was left of the stuffing)."

"Room is small, as usual for European destinations, but very clean. They clean the room every day. Staff very helpful. Can provide additional coffee pods if asked. Beautiful port view from balcony!! Additional plus for smokers: can smoke on balcony. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. 3 min walk from Carrefour supermarket. Probably the best hotel my wife and I ever stayed in Europe."

"The room was large and clean very close to waterfront with a ton of cafes to chose from. It is however in a very loud location with noise persisting throughout the night which resulted in less sleep than needed"

"All was amazing"

"Gorgeous property with amazing views. Great buffet breakfast value. On the negative side, my room didn’t have a shower head and the gym was quite small."

"Seul détail négatif, la machine à café au petit déjeuner était en panne (3 jours durant)"

"Mixed bag of a stay but cool property with a lot of potential to be better! Stayed here on a final night in Marseille as we had an early morning train and the ability to walk to the station is tough to beat (Warning: it is quite an uphill trek and crossing a large road to the nearest street-level entrance to St. Charles Station, or you can navigate the massive stairs if you wish…). Check-in was chaotic as we had a lot of luggage due to a long trip and despite the internet saying the hotel has a...
