"The hotel was an alright stay. But I originally got the wrong room given to me which was okay as the staff fixed the issue very quickly. The room that I ended up getting was nice but a bit dirty. A couple of stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked really nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was and didn’t have too many options. But overall it was an alright stay and I would definitely stay here again. Staff were very nice."

"I love this hotel. It’s a stunning modern design although it’s a large format hotel it feels like a boutique hotel."

"Great place to stay really enjoyed it"

"Nice hotel"

"The hotel was an incredible stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The only downside of the hotel was the shower had such high pressure which was incredible and amazing, but the shower drain filled up too quickly so had to have the shower on a lower pressure. The shower drains are probably clogged. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel so far."

"Just an overnight stay and the room was very tidy and presented. Staff were very helpful as I had an early departure and explained what I needed to do. Very central to CBD with shops very close."

"This used to be one of my favourite hotels in Brisbane but not anymore. The room we had was old and worn looking and the bathroom was dirty. There was a lot of mould on the tiles and the shower screen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. We paid extra for a city view and what we got was looking straight at a highrise building and a building site with stuff strewn everywhere, not a nice view."

"Really good location but most businesses around close before 4pm including restaurants"

"We choose to clean our own room to reduce the price. We were out most of the time so was perfect for us. They did change the beds after 7 nights and could get fresh towels and anything else we needed from reception. Very good idea. The pool area was ok but quite dated. The lane swim pool was out through the car park and uninviting. Location was great near to everything. The balcony was enclosed and felt very strange."

"Outstanding breakfast - and very walkable from everywhere you need."

"Very clean room. Located in the heart of shopping and restaurants. The bed was most comfortable and our floor was nice and quiet. The pool was closed for renovations which was disappointing as we had really looked forward to a swim next to the restaurant there. Overall I can recommend this hotel."

"Clean and friendly"

"We booked a room with two double beds; we DID NOT get a room with 2 double beds because ALL of those rooms had one of the beds JAMMED AGAINST THE CLOSET DOORS!!!! When we examined the first room, we were told by staff that all two double bed rooms had the same layout, which was INSANE!!!! We settled for a room with 2 twin beds. This hotel is in a nice location but is showing it's age as far as decor is concerned. This breakfast buffet was good, and it was nice eat on the patio facing the...
