One thing I didn’t like is that there are no microwaves in the room. I’m sure this is to drive sales for room service and the on-site restaurant, but with so many restaurants nearby, it’s hard not to bring back leftovers.

This hotel was fantastic. I love the rooms and it was so clean. Would definitely stay here again and staff was great.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Staff always went above and beyond. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the in room dining menu. I have stayed in multiple four seasons hotel in different locations and others offer more options on their menu. I was stuck in a blizzard and had to order in room dining all day. Awesome hotel that also has on site night life.

Once you stay at a Mandarin Oriental, you'll find it hard to go back. Rooms and bathrooms are excellent. Housekeeping service twice a day. In the evening they prepare the bed for sleeping, put down a bath mat on the carpet and slippers. Set the room lights down; empty the trash cans; fill the stainless steel ice bucket; refold the leading edge of the toilet paper into a convenient triangle (really!); replace the towels, glasses, turn on the TV, etc. Lots of electronic controls. Service was very good and the hotel room very clean

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 8am even though check in wasn't until 3pm and they gave us a room regardless. They let us check out late because we had a late flight as well. The room was exceptional - clean and comfortable - with a gas fireplace, stock bar, and other wonderful amenities. We will stay here again without a doubt.

Was a great experience from the moment we arrived on Valentine's Day. Check-in was quick, and my girlfriend received a long-stem rose as part of the v-day raffle they held. From there the concierge assisted us in finding dinner reservations; we had little hope we'd get a table anywhere before 10pm when requesting on same day, more like late afternoon on Valentine's Day. What a perfect spot, view is heavenly! lobby is homey with fireplace. bar has beautiful view(very loud waiter) excellent cocktails. room was spotless, soft linens, good mattress, view from balcony of lighthouse, lots of windows, large tv. We were lucky to get room in main hotel.
