"Nice hotel good breakfast and pleasant staff"

"Check-in was smooth and efficient, with welcoming staff. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything available for self catering: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery, etc. The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance of shops & restaurants, and 15 minutes to St. Malo walled city. And only 2 kilometres from the ferry terminal. Highly recommended: 10/10"

"Emplacement idéal. Importants bains intérieurs. Personnel et propreté au top. Restaurant intérieur très bien. Seul bémol un peu loin à pieds du centre historique !"

"My wife and I stayed for two nights in September 26. This was our first stay in St Malo and we wanted a central location for our stay. The hotel was fantastic. A very short walk from the main car parks and in the heart of the city, just off the main drag. The hotel itself is very good; the staff were excellent; breakfast was great. "The room I booked is not for accessible type but I got this. It doesn’t have on the description. Feel like staying in the hospital. Breakfast is not good and won’t plan for any future trips"

"We stayed one night before taking the ferry home. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good location in the old town."

"All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Location was good"

"When checking in, the male staff member was incredibly helpful, kind, and wonderful. Our room was beautiful, they upgraded us at no cost, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I hope to return to this Hotel again!"

"Great location. Very nice hotel room and very clean!"

"An immaculate room in a well maintained property. Unfortunately my room was at the rear of the property with no sea view but other than that I couldn't fault it. Just a one night stay so didn't use any of the facilities. They have parking but notably it was full on the night I was there. Might be a good idea to book this in advance as parking seemed to be in high demand in the area. Recommended."
