We enjoyed the drinks and appetizers at the Redwood Room, as well as breakfast at Frederick’s. It was located close to Union Square, many restaurants and the stops for the Big Bus tour. I would stay here again!"

"Great hotel, newly updated amenities were appreciated. We tried to check in early and were excited when we were informed there was a room ready, sadly they charged us for early check in. I think if there is a room available it would be nothing to just allow guests in without a fee. Disappointing. That aside, I would recommend this hotel. I haven’t been to Tenderloin area in about 6/7 years, but the homelessness and addictions have become such a problem. Nothing against Hotel Emblem but good to...
