"Clean room, helpful & attentive staff,"

"Stayed here for Halloween weekend… decorations of the main lobby were awesome!!… our room not so much !… it was ran down the shower head was not secured to the wall, the bed sheets smelled like pee and the pillow cases smelled like they weren’t changed the , the bathroom was nice and clean , staff was awesome , the highlight was our shuttle driver !!… he was very helpful and polite.. unfortunately i didnt get his name but everytime we go and visit Disneyland shuttle employees are always on...

"I was pleased with the resort and it exceeded my expectations. Super cute and a nice retreat by the water. I loved all the amenities. It helped to visit after 4th of July, so we avoided some of the overcrowding that could happen. Our space was clean, cozy, and spacious. Our stay was worth every penny."

"They need to change the shower head. The deadbolt lock isn't locking. The bed needs to be changed. When my partner is moving I can feel it like a wave."

"Staff and amenities were nice. Was somewhat disappointed in the bed mattress. That mattress has seen its time and should be replaced"
