"friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly"

"The care taker is a awesome guy trying his best to make sure we had everything we need. All the locals are very friendly and willing to provide anything. The room was clean but needed some attention like power outlets and repairs, windows, floor. A little fridge in the room would be great. Awesome view. Thanks to Chay was a pleasure to talk too."

"Upon checking in, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. He showed us our room, seemed clean. We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. "Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next time I visit Legazpi. "
