"We stayed for a family wedding- my experience was great and Amy was very helpful. Other guest had their rooms cancelled at the last minute and the general manager was not friendly or helpful. At the last minute things were resolved but very stressful for others staying."

"1. Mouse feces EVERYWHERE! Some of the most concerning areas were: in the bed, kitchen countertop, microwave, on the silverware in the drawer, on the kitchen towels in the drawer. 2. Dirty bedding: We had to strip the bed and go out and purchase our own linens due to the mouse feces, which was an extra expense to us. While stripping the bed linens, we found a used pair of men's boxers in the bedding. There were also crusty stains on the sheets. We are extremely disgusted that we were expected to...
