El Hotel Navarro nos brindo una muy buena estancia. El senor de la recepción fue bastante atento y amable, aunque muy conversador, lo que hace que el check in tarde mas. Estuve por una noche en una habitación triple con mis amigas. La habitación estaba un poco pequeña para tres camas twin pero en general, todo estuvo bien y el baño muy amplio y limpio.

Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
