I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Their main asset is the great staff. They are a cheerful and helpful group of people who perform their tasks with great enthusiasm. The room was clean and well kept and the price was very affordable. I will definitely visit again when I am in Jakarta.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When an issue arose, Yudhi, the Operations Manager, took it seriously, communicated effectively with his team, and ensured everything was resolved promptly. His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out.
