"A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions."

"Room was kinda' small compared to others we'd stayed at but, hey, it had a double shower, was quiet and we slept well after five weeks playing tourist in India. Very central too, tonnes of restaurants and a metro 100 metres away."

"Everything's okay but the hotel staff could not provide hot water for shower early in the morning even after requesting a day before many times in Dec. Staff came to the room to check the hot water in the bathroom but didnt do anything. "
